Disability Coverage
California State Short Term Disability (STD) insurance to be used for a medical leave of absence up to 90 calendar days in the amount of 60% of monthly earnings. After 90 days, Standard Long Term Disability (LTD) in the amount of 60% of monthly earnings.
Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may deposit up to $5,000 per year in the Dependent Care Account or Health Care Account, to utilize pre-tax dollars for reimbursement of approved expenses.

Stock options may be granted by the Board of Directors under the terms and conditions of CoMentis, Inc. 2004 Equity Incentive Plan.
